Has God wired you to engage with Him through music?
Do you love creating an inviting environment for anyone to connect with God?
Is your mission to help people find Jesus, a faith family, and a mission?
Watermark Church launched in 2003 to help people find Jesus, find a faith family, and find a mission. From day 1, our mantra has been, “being the Church, making disciples.” We believe that the church is not a building you drive to or a program you attend. The church is the Body of Jesus Christ – the family of God – sent on God’s mission. Therefore, we are BEING the church in our neighborhoods and local community. In 2012 we moved from worshipping at Grand Haven High School to our current facility, a renovated boat dealership. We currently have around 250 people worshipping with us on a regular basis.
We are looking for a Worship Leader with a contagious heart of worship who enjoys creating environments that make it easy for anyone to connect with God. That contagious spirit will be focused on reproducing and discipling musicians as well as technology & production team members. While much attention is given to programming Sunday mornings, the gatherings are merely one piece of the puzzle in inviting people in and sending people out equipped to follow Jesus on mission.
Watermark Church is connected to The Wesleyan Church and is located in beautiful Grand Haven, Michigan, a beach vacation getaway on Lake Michigan in the summer and a winter wonderland in the winter.
