Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage a yearly calendar for middle school. 
  • Oversee parent communication and social media for middle school.
  • Assist in planning and executing weekly student ministry programs.  
  • Recruit, train, and support female volunteers for the middle and high school programs. 
  • Provide pastoral care for all female volunteers in student ministry. 
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the health and dynamics of all female groups in the student ministries. 
  • Preach regularly in middle school and occasionally in high school. 

 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

  • College Degree
  • 3+ years student ministry experience 
  • Committed follower of Jesus
  • Actively involved in the life of the Church at RB 
  • Demonstrates “Go First” mentality in both church and community settings
