The Director of Resources and Operations (DRO) serves as the operational leader of a large Lutheran Church in the Portland metro area. The position is responsible for team building, guiding the staff's daily activities and larger church projects, managing core financial and accounting processes, and ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the church's facilities. In this role, the DRO participates with congregant leaders in strategic planning and aligns day-to-day operations with the church’s mission and long-term goals, playing a critical role in the overall leadership and success of the ministry.
St. Matthew is a large Lutheran congregation that has served the Beaverton, Oregon community for 75 years.
