About Westwood Fellowship

Westwood Fellowship is a warm and inviting church in Woodburn, Indiana, established in 1896. Woodburn is a small town near Fort Wayne, providing a perfect combination of rural, small-town living with the convenience of a large city nearby. Our church’s previous pastor left on good terms to pursue an associate position on another staff that matched his preferences. Five guiding principles drive the church: 1) Prayer, 2) The Word of God, 3) Worship, 4) Discipleship, and 5) Local and Global Outreach.  The church is next door to a new housing addition within walking distance of the church. This is an excellent opportunity for a relational pastor passionate about reaching their community for Christ.

Because of our profile, we are prayerfully seeking a Spirit-led pastor, a devoted follower of Christ, who will inspire our congregation to reach our community for Christ. The ideal candidate must be authentic, relational, and teach God’s Word with clarity and conviction. We highly value a pastor/teacher who can relate well to all generations and understand their unique needs and perspectives. We desire a pastor who can bridge the gap and foster unity among our diverse congregation.
