Youth Pastor - First Baptist Church Bloomfield

FBC Bloomfield is in search of an experienced Youth Pastor who is deeply passionate about discipleship and dedicated to helping students share their faith in a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction and leadership to the Student Ministry
• Be intentional about students “going out” in obedience to share His good news with the community.
• Build and lead a healthy, effective, vibrant volunteer team
• Resource and shepherd parents and their students corporately and individually
• Shepherd, the student support team with loving care
• Create and maintain a culture of raising ministry participants from within and outside of Student ministry

What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:

• Gifted leadership skills (on and off the platform)
• Highly relational (caring and personable on an individual level)
• Articulate (able to communicate well on the platform
• Disciplined (works hard and smart)
• Humble attitude
• Innovative and creative, entrepreneurial, self-starter
• Quick learner
• Organized and structured
• Problem solver
