Job Overview
Serve as the Springboro Campus Worship Leader and lead an aligned worship ministry that encourages movement toward embracing and embodying the hope of Jesus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate and lead the music for weekend worship services
- Build and invest in relationships with the local congregation to foster leader development and cultivate spiritual growth
- Develop, build and equip serve teams to lead in music and technology production
- Champion Fairhaven Worship culture and encourage buy-in among current and prospective serve team members.
- Coordinate with the campus production team and the Fairhaven Production Staff to maintain, repair, or upgrade musical and A/V equipment as necessary and to manage platform set-up and stage design.
- Participate in multisite worship and production meetings for planning and collaborative worship service writing
- Assist in organizing and executing portable church set-up
- Assist with campus events and other ministry projects as assigned by the Campus Pastor
- Participate In Fairhaven Worship initiatives as directed including but not limited to, planning, preparation and organization of special/seasonal projects, services and events
- Lead a mid-week vocal and instrumental rehearsal for Worship Serve Team Members
- Supervise and develop Beavercreek Production Specialist
- Manage Beavercreek Campus Worship budget
- Maintain accurate records through the church management system to support the specific requirements of each ministry responsibilities (i.e., group rosters, attendance, registrations, etc.)

- College degree or equivalent work, life or ministry experience
