Our Youth Pastor will:
- Run a vibrant and exciting Youth Ministry because following Jesus isn’t boring
- Creatively and compellingly communicate God's Word
- Creative events that encourage students to connect and have fun
- Encourage and facilitate students to use their own gifts and skills serving throughout the church
- Execute mission trips for the purpose of evangelism and spiritual growth
- Recruit and equip volunteers who catch their vision and are invested in students
- Have a desire to engage with students both churched and unchurched
- Participate in staff meetings, service planning, and church services/events
- Be an ex-officio member of the Deacon Board
- Be responsible to and supportive of Lead Pastor/Deacon Board
