Northview Bible Church, a growing non-denominational church of 750 in north Spokane, is seeking a passionate and strategic Pastor of Small Groups and Equipping. This key role will lead the growth and vitality of small groups and adult equipping environments, focusing on young adults and families. The ideal candidate will excel in equipping leaders to make disciples. Success is measured by growth, engagement of small groups, alignment, and contribution to Northview’s vision of making disciples of everyone, everywhere.
