Responsible for all aspects of spiritual growth and development of middle school and high school students (grades 6 through 12). Connects and disciples students; recruits, leads, and develops volunteers; and manages ministry programing for middle and high school students.
The person filling this role will oversee Student Ministries at three campuses. They will plan events and environments that are individualized for each campus and plan those that will bring all campuses together for the same event. They will need to have an active presence at the students’ school events as well such as sports games, plays, choir, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and guiding middle and high school students. This role will report to the Family Pastor. This role is Full-Time salary position. Pay is commensurate with experience.
