Guide and champion the worship experience alongside a team of volunteer musicials, vocalists and audio/visual technicians. Will need to recruit, coach and empower their team. Will need to lead the team on all things related to the worship experience and service elements outside of just singing. This is a part time position with a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 25 hours depending on qualifications.
Requirements include musical knowledge and the ability to lead a band. Coordination and leadership of the team. Ability to interact and pastor people. Administrative skills for scheduling and connecting as well as a general understanding of Audio/Visual.
