Youth Director - First Church

First Church is looking for a godly, gritty, and emotionally intelligent Youth Director to join their student ministry team and effectively disciple the more than 120 students at their Wheatfield location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in collaboration with the youth ministry team
• Speak weekly in both middle school and high school environments
• Organize and lead camps and events for students
• Write biblically sound, age-appropriate, and relevant sermons
• Bring excitement and energy to the office environment and the student ministry

What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:

• Someone who loves Jesus wholeheartedly and desires to live a godly life
• Hungry to learn and grow to become the best version of themselves
• An evangelistic heart for lost students to find Christ
• Passionate about communicating God’s word to students
