Position and Purpose
To assist the Senior/Lead Pastor in all areas of ministry as assigned by the Pastor and/or Elders. The primary need is to provide leadership in an administrative role: small group ministries, outreach events, and support the preaching ministry up to 6 times (or more) per year. Emphasize healthy spiritual growth of the congregation through face to face, relational discipleship. This also includes assisting with You Group Leadership.
