SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Provide executive leadership over Worship experience, Production, Media Arts, Marketing & Communications.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all service production and guest experience, including audio visual, service flow, worship and guest first impressions across all campuses.
- Worship: Provide spiritual, theological and technical leadership over ministry.
- First Impressions: Oversee culture and development for weekend serve teams.
- Communication: Evaluate, oversee, and monitor church-wide communication strategy and design.
- Work with above departments to plan and manage annual budgets and capital expenditures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work with executive team and lead pastor to develop staff.
- Experience with strategic department budget planning and execution.
- Able to evaluate and implement organizational systems to accomplish organizational goals.
- Able to form and execute strategic planning for growing and changing organization.
- Able to recruit and train volunteer workers.
- Professional administrative skills.
