The congregation of Northern Neck Baptist Church of Callao VA is seeking a spiritually mature and devoted man of God who is biblically called, qualified, and experienced to serve the Lord as our Pastor.

              Have you been called to wholeheartedly devote your life to Jesus?

              Have you been gifted with the ability to teach sound doctrine?

              Do you manage your home with love, hospitality, and admonition of the Lord?

              Do you live a life of self-control?

              Are you willing to be an example to others that children can pattern their lives after?

              If you have that calling and desire, then we would like to invite you to apply for the Pastor position at Northern Neck Baptist Church in Callao, VA.  At this time, a pastor may want to be bi-vocational temporarily, we can offer a salary that would cover housing and a basic living expenses as well as a few perks such as a church car and laptop.  As membership grows, we will transition into a full time pastor salary where full benefits including healthcare and retirement would be offered.
