Worship Leader

We are currently seeking a Worship Leader to coordinate multiple distinct worship styles.  This individual will lead worship and coordinate all aspects of worship life with the Pastor. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead worship services in collaboration with the pastor and worship team.
• Select and prepare music that aligns with the church's vision for worship and the focus of the weekend sermon.
• Recruit, train, and manage worship team members, including musicians, vocalists, and A/V Tech volunteers.
• Oversee the audiovisual aspects of worship services, ensuring high-quality sound, video, and lighting.
• Maintain and communicate a schedule for worship team rehearsals and services.

Qualifications:

• A mature and healthy relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Proven ability to build healthy relationships and work within teams.
• Strong vocal and musical skills with a broad exposure to a variety of musical styles.
• Strong technical skills in the area of audio/visual & livestream. Experience with Song Select, Planning Center & ProPresenter preferred.
• Desire and ability to relate to multiple worship traditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
