Executive Pastor

Bend City Church is searching for an Executive Pastor to bolster the leadership of their growing congregation. This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary may be negotiated based on experience in Christian ministry and other qualifications.  

The role of this position is to steward the systems, resources, and organization of the church for the health and benefit of the church body.  Some responibilites include:

• Oversee the cohesiveness of Sunday morning services
• Work with the team of Elders and ministry leaders on the day to day function of the church
• Manage the ministry events calendar
• Help to develop and carry-out a yearly budget
• Supervise the management of the physical building and premises
• Manage non-pastoral staff employees
• Recuit, train, lead, and develop volunteers who support the church body in various ministries (small groups, worship, children's/men's/women's, etc.)
• Establish and sustain an online/social media presence

• Willingness to take direction from the Lead Pastor
