Mission:
To invite people into the story of what God is up to at Canyon Ridge.
Outcome:
Produce video stories so that every weekend message will include at least one fresh story of how a Canyon Ridge attender is engaging in a life of costly obedience and risky sharing where they are
Execute a process that gives every ministry access to multiple stories of what God is up to right now through Canyon Ridge
Execute a strategy that allows every person at Canyon Ridge and in our surrounding community to know what God is up to at Canyon Ridge and how to engage that through multiple media
Use front-end data collected from our community and church to inform communications strategy
Track and prioritize communication requisite from ministries to serve the work of the church and maximize engagement
Execute and provide regular surveys and data sets from within the church and the community to inform ministry and communication strategies
Develop and execute a clear strategy for communicating current opportunities for engagement in God’s activity through Canyon Ridge
Create and maintain a weekly communication schedule that allows ministry leaders to participate and leverage the activities of the church for the sake of their teams/people
Develop and manage brand standards in ways that produce clarity, inspire engagement, and remain recognizably Canyon Ridge
Contribute to and shape communications and information delivery to the community, church, and staff to elevate engagement and reflect Canyon Ridge’s values and priorities
Clarify the target of every communication piece by taking the current pulse on the needs and desires of the church and community we serve.
Lead the communications team to work efficiently and effectively together, producing work that is of the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
