OVERVIEW: The Bridge Ministries in Portage, Michigan is seeking to hire a full time Director for Adult Discipleship at our multi-campus ministry. This person should be centered with a strong Christian faith, filled with integrity, and must be responsive to the leading of The Holy Spirit. This person must have a passion for the Mission Statement and the 7 Discipleship Essentials that we subscribe to at The Bridge (view them here). This person should also be:
passionate about the benefits of a Christian community of disciples
a compelling leader with a servant’s heart
detail-oriented and administratively competent
ability to clearly communicate
responsive to communication
able to receive feedback and be willing to apply the feedback given
able to proactively solve problems
interested in content creation (writing questions based on teachings)
and passionate about “all things” Discipleship

ABOUT US: The Bridge Ministries is a church in Southwest Michigan, with two campus locations (Portage, MI + Vicksburg, MI). We are a church that strives to be disciples and make disciples, to be bridges and make bridges; be one | make one.
