Hours of work

In-person hours are Sundays 8:00am to 1:00pm, Tuesdays and either Wednesdays/Thursdays 8:30am to 1:00pm. Hours are subject to change depending on church activities.

Work environment

We do not have a central office location, but work in person together on Tuesdays with other times scheduled as needed. Childcare during in-person hours will be needed, if applicable.

Time off

Sundays are important, so we want to limit these to a max of 3 Sundays off per year. Non-Sundays are more flexible based on advanced notice.

General Expectations

We are first a church, so a personal relationship with Jesus with an extravagant, evident love for Jesus and others is an obvious must! Along with aligning with biblical requirements for church leadership- including high personal integrity and a life lived above reproach.

Collective Church has a really healthy church culture that you’ll love! Be willing to learn, align with, and help improve our current and ever-growing church culture!

We love people! So, outstanding interpersonal skills carrying both a professional demeanor and a servant’s heart is expected.

We’re juggling approximately a thousand things, so skills in clerical, communications (written and verbal), computer and organizational work will be key. Along with having an eye for details and the general ability to discern and resolve needs according to the vision will go a long way!

We’re mission-oriented and lead ourselves and others to build up and send out Kingdom leaders! So, being a team player with a deep desire to grow, along with flexibility, humility, dependability and accessibility, are all very important to keep the mission moving forward!

Of course this is not an all-encompassing list of duties. It is just a guide to help you to gain an understanding of the types of tasks you should be doing or may be required to complete each day.

Ideal, but not essential

Leadership Growth Potential. We want to build up and send out Kingdom workers! So, if you have a desire to work and grow in church leadership and eventually serve in church planting, pastoring, global mission work, or likewise, that would be really exciting for all of us to help work toward that!
