Delta Christian Church is seeking to fill a full-time Youth Pastor position. A successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Middle School and High School programs that include weekly Youth Group meetings, small group gatherings, camps, retreats, and conferences, community service events, youth outreach events, and mission trips. This individual must demonstrate a deep love for Jesus, students, and families, and strive to empower parents to disciple their students as well. A successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Sr Pator and Children's Pastor to create linkages between the various age group ministries creating seamless and painless transitions for students and families as they move from one stage to the next. This individual may participate in the teaching team at Delta Christian Church, helping to deliver the Sunday morning message to the church family as appropriate.
