WHAT YOU DO
As the Production Director at Brave and VCS, you are responsible for the teams and execution of excellent worship experience at the Dublin campus and schools. Your job is to develop and equip teams to thrive and make the Sunday worship experience amazing.
HOW YOU DO IT
- Build, develop and care for the worship and production team
- Identify and develop leaders on your team
- Ensure an excellent worship experience by being proactive, intentional and prepared every week
- Work with the Campus Pastor in loving and caring for teams, members and guests

WHEN YOU DO IT
- You will meet weekly with your Manager
- You will routinely meet with the members of your team to coach and develop them as leaders
- You will be expected to attend and participate in weekly staff meetings
