SUMMARY OF CONTRIBUTION
The Sand Lake Campus Technical Coordinator facilitates the use of production technology and volunteer personnel to create compelling environments for Discovery weekend services and events at their assigned campus. In addition, this individual partners with tech discipline leads to provide volunteer scheduling and training support at their campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates the utilization of technical equipment, both owned and shared, at their campus.
- Ingest, train, and equip incoming campus volunteers with the skills necessary to provide technical excellence.
- Partner with tech discipline leads to recruit, train and schedule campus volunteers.
- Attend team planning, re-cap, and one on one development meetings as scheduled.
- Participate in, and support Discovery Ministry events.
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and train others in all ancilliary positions at FOH at a professional level.
- Support other campus specific ministries.
- Works to ensure Sand Lake campus operates with excellence and cleanliness.
- Ideate and suggest new and creative ways to leverage technology and innovation within Discovery environments.
- Routine maintenance of production technology specific to campus.
- Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Moderate to Advanced operational understanding of production technology - (Sony Cameras, Ross Carbonite, Vista, Digico, Klang, Q-Sys, RESI, Pro Presenter, PVS, WAVES, Pro Tools, Luminex, Etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skillsets.
- Strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

EXPERIENCE DESIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of AVL experience in a church or corporate setting.
