Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church is seeking a Director of Leadership and Connections.
This person will manage the member journey, develop leadership initiatives, and oversee design and communications. In addition, they will provide ministry support for discipleship and worship. This role combines hands-on ministry, strategic planning, creative design, and administrative oversight to enhance the spiritual growth and engagement of our congregation. A key aspect of this position will be recruiting, training, and developing teams of volunteers to support these efforts.
The Director of Leadership and Connections will take on three key responsibilities:
Work hours are flexible and include in-person and remote work during the week as well as evenings and weekends. The person selected must be willing to become a member of Our Savior's Way, and must pass the background check and tuberculosis screening required by the State of Virginia.

Our Savior's Way Lutheran Church is a dynamic, growing church community in Ashburn, Virginia. We offer a church home with fellowship activities for everyone. Our congregation began as a mission plant of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in 1993, and moved into the current sanctuary space in 2006. Open Arms Christian Child and Development Center is a mission of Our Savior's Way which serves local families and is accredited by National Lutheran Schools.
