We are looking for a committed person who engages well with people and thrives when organizing teams to lead our Kids on the Drive ministry. Responsibilities include recruiting and training volunteers, scheduling kids team members, and equipping families to disciple their children.
This position requires thirty hours per week and a somewhat flexible schedule, sometimes including weekends and evenings for special events. The ideal candidate will be organized, a team player, and possess at least a bacherlor's degree from an accredited college or university. They should also have participated in kids ministry in a local church fairly recently, either as a volunteer or paid staff person.
