Our church is seeking a Pastor who will oversee and be a co-laborer in the students and young adult ministries. This Pastor will cast vision and develop strategies that will be a catalyst for WBC’s overall mission and vision. He will help ensure that discipleship is taking place throughout church life, especially from teens into adulthood by being passionate about developing leaders, mobilizing the sheep, and equipping them to make disciples.

- This role will focus mostly on equipping and coordinating leaders in the Student and Young Adult Ministries at WBC, while also investing in the parents and students at WBC.
- Our staff is big on collaboration and we work together on a significant amount of what we do, so being a team player and not stuck in your office is pretty essential on this team.

- Passionate about making disciples with a specialization in discipleship thorugh micro groups and biblical counseling

Preferred Qualifications

|| Bachelors or Masters Degree in Christian Studies or Equivalent Proof of Study
|| Supports the BF&M 2000
