Crossroads Church was founded in 2001 with the vision of creating a church that people would love to attend and one that will continually impact the next generation for Christ.
Though our methods have evolved over the years, the mission has always been to lead people to become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Our beliefs are founded and grounded in the Word of God, it is what and how we teach from our Sunday Services right down to our weekly Life Groups.
Crossroads is seeking its next Worship Pastor to join the team.
Job Summary
The Worship Pastor will serve as a member of the Pastoral staff reporting directly to the Lead Pastor. This position works closely with the pastoral staff, production team, and other related departments to plan and implement all worship services for the
weekend and special events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and shepherd all worship staff and volunteers, including youth worship
- Participate in planning overall service structure for each weekend service, special events, and retreats
- Oversee the song selection for the weekend services
- Schedule worship leaders, vocalists, and musicians for the weekend services
- Run weekly rehearsals
- Oversee the development and recruitment of worship teams
- Develop and implement all strategic processes and systems
- Provide pastoral care for the department as well as the congregation
- Assist with the coordination of communion, baptisms, child dedications, etc.
- Oversee the worship ministry budget
- Accomplish general pastoral duties
- Other duties as assigned
