About the Role
The Children’s Ministry Director is entrusted with the leadership and development of a dynamic ministry focused on nurturing the spiritual growth of children from birth through fifth grade. This role involves the creation and organization of impactful programs, activities, and events tailored to children of varying ages. The Director will also be responsible for building, leading, and empowering a team of volunteers to support and enhance the children’s ministry.
Role Purpose
The primary goal of the Children’s Ministry Director is to provide spiritual guidance and a supportive environment for children and their families. The Director is responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster spiritual growth, community engagement, and a deepening of faith. Ensuring the highest standards of safety and well-being, the Director also plays a key role in supporting families, helping them understand the significance of their child’s faith journey and aiding in their own spiritual development.
