Summary of Worship Director Position
Union Church is making a lasting difference by leading people to become followers of Christ and change agents in our world. The Worship Director is primarily responsible for leading and building the worship experience for our church and online attenders. This role will also provide musical and technical leadership to pursue excellence for worship experiences. Additionally, the Worship Director will support the Senior Pastor and Union Church by leading various ministerial services throughout the year, including, but not limited to: leadership events, conferences, and community gatherings. Furthermore, this role will contribute to the planning, organizing, and leading of multiple worship experiences throughout the year.
