Job Description:

Crossroads Church is exploding in growth, booming with energy and excitement, and people are streaming through our doors. From 420 people attending in 2016, till now we have 1000+ people on an average Sunday morning. Currently, we are expanding our building with the construction of a brand-new 900+ seat worship center that will be completed by this Easter. Our church places significant focus on family ministries and passing on our faith to the next generation. It is our desire to reach both believers and non-believers, introducing them to Jesus and helping them grow in Christ. Crossroads is committed to being culturally relevant as we unapologetically share biblical truth in a way our world can hear and receive it. Crossroads Church is not your typical “smaller town” church. One look at a Sunday morning and it is evident that leadership, talent, skill, experience, and excellence are brought into every area of our church.

We are looking for a Production and AVL director to join our growing team of passionate and gifted staff, who can lead high-level, quality and current worship sound, video and lights. We are not looking for 1990’s contemporary worship look or even early 2000’s. We realize it is 2024 and one of our values is relevance. To align with that value, we are seeking someone who resonates with worship look, style and sound such as Passion, Maverick City, Elevation, Bethel, and Hillsong. We also believe strongly in raising up the next generation of worship leaders and a portion of the job would be devoted to pouring into students and children and developing them into competent leaders in the AVL ministry.

Our staff team is amazing, and we are looking to add another teammate who can help us continue to take our ministry to the next level. Our church is situated in Albert Lea, MN; a town of about 18,000 people, just about 1 hour from the Twin Cities, Rochester and Mankato. Albert Lea is a beautiful town to raise a family. Known as “The Land Between the Lakes” our city is surrounded by two large lakes great for recreation and fishing, with a five-mile trail around the lake perfect for walking, running, and biking. We invite you to come see the work God is doing in our city and beyond.
