Fairhaven Church is seeking a Student Pastor who will work as part of the student staff team to lead and create engaging experiences and events where students can Find Hope in Jesus and Share the Hope of Jesus with others.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Teach, organize, and lead Student Ministry for Middle and High School Students
- Collaborate with the Student team to plan, coordinate and attend all student events, camps, and mission trips.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with parents and students in both middle and high school outside of just Student Ministry events. (Sporting events, concerts, plays, etc.)
- Recruit, onboard, and equip serve team members and assist with Leader Platform resources specific to Students
- Build and foster connections with local middle schools and high schools
- Be present and available during Sunday Worship services to interact and engage with students and parents
- Acquire a working knowledge of the Church Management systems for needs specific to Students
- Build and maintain community partnerships to establish Fairhaven Students' presence – emphasizing local middle and high school engagement

- Technology Aptitude – Experience in Microsoft office and other software platforms
Education
- College degree or equivalent work, life, or ministry experience
