About the Production Director:

This position is responsible for the production operations of Cross Assembly, which includes the AVL equipment and programs necessary for producing both in-house, broadcast, and streaming services.

The Production Director's Responsibilities Include: 

  • Hands-on oversight of the operation, maintenance, and safeguarding of the production assets of the church.

  • Resource multi-site campuses for their production needs, both in equipment & training

  • Provide technical AVL support for the Worship and creative teams.

  • Recruitment, training, scheduling, and coordination of Production team volunteers.

  • Manages church ministry requests for AVL needs for events.

  • Collaboration with Online Pastor to facilitate online ministries and troubleshoot any technical issues.

  • Any other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Pastor or Creative Team Pastor.

What You Bring: 

The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Production Director:

Education & Experience

  • Dante certified, minimum third level

  • Experience in a church ministry context preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Competent in the use of technical equipment and software necessary for online/livestream platforms/FOH/BOH/stage lighting

Personal Characteristics & Qualifications

  • Agreement with Cross Assembly’s Statement of Faith
