Summary
The Worship Arts Campus Leader's role is to ensure worship leadership for the Bearden campus.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide authentic worship experiences in concert with biblical messages and themes, ensuring theological adherence, a standard of excellence, and creativity of expression.
- Shepherd and invest in the lives of the worship community beyond the weekend/midweek settings. Specifically, we will work to develop future worship leaders to equip and release them into the multiple venues of oversight.
- Maintain and protect the values of humility, serving, and excellence in every venue and outlet of oversight.
- Participate and lead in any church-wide events requiring worship support as needed.
- Coordinate worship team scheduling via Planning Center Online.
- Partner with the lead volunteer to coordinate tech team scheduling via Planning Center Online.
- Submit the monthly ministry report (MMR) for the last week of every month, covering goals, wellness, and alignment with the mission. The MMR will be sent to the Campus Pastor through Google Docs.
Other Responsibilities
- Serve as vocal or band coach to any volunteers requesting this service.
- Work with WA staff to develop various training, evaluation, and shepherding processes further.
- Support other church ministries as needed.
