The church planting resident will be trained and mentored to become a church planter by joining Hillside’s pastoral staff and participating in a personalized development plan. In this environment, the resident will be able to observe current ministries, learn through serving, grow through leadership opportunities, and be empowered to start new ministries. Throughout this process, the resident will be coached, assessed, and supported toward the goal of successfully launching a new church plant through Hillside church.

Hillside church is a multiplying church that offers a contemporary worship service, discipleship through community groups, and emphasizes reaching the lost. Our focus is to see personal transformation, community formation, city renewal, kingdom movement, and prayer in all things.
