We are a spirit-filled, nondenominational church looking for a worship pastor. We are in Jacksonville, Florida, and the job is part-time. We are a mature church plant in the process of building a permanent facility. Our worship is contemporary, and our congregation is multigenerational. We highly value character and authenticity. We are looking for the same character and authenticity in our worship and our leader.
The applicant must have a deep, personal faith and a strong work ethic. The applicant must be able to work with a team, coordinate with the pastor, and make disciples. They must be passionate, love people, and be self-motivated. They should be a servant leader who loves the body of Christ.
The applicant needs strong vocals and a keen musical knowledge. They should be able to connect with the congregation and then lead them into worship. They will need to build, disciple, and manage their team. They will also need to plan and lead regular practices.
