CrossLife Church of Oviedo, FL is seeking a Senior Pastor. We are looking for a man who will preach the Word of God, lead the church, cast and communicate vision, and bring the necessary resources to bear for ministry.
The church currently has 2200 in worship attendance and 1500 in small groups in two locations. We have 15 full-time ministers and an annual budget of over $7 million.
We are a Southern Baptist church located in northeast Orlando near the University of Central Florida. There are over 250,000 people living within a 7-mile radius of the church. Even with the growth in population, the church and city still have a hometown feel.
Candidates need to have at least a master’s degree at preferably an S.B.C. affiliated school with at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Pastor of a church. The candidate should be aligned doctrinally and methodically with our church.
