Oak Ridge Campus Pastor

Summary

Provide leadership and direction for the Oak Ridge campus of Two Rivers Church, maintaining alignment with the overall Two Rivers Church mission while shepherding the campus congregation.  This position requires entrepreneurial skills.

Major Responsibilities

Culture – Ensure the Two Rivers Church culture is replicated at the campus level.

Leadership—Lead the campus by casting vision for campus initiatives aligning with the church vision. This includes leading weekend services and overseeing all ministry areas. Continually evaluate the campus for effectiveness and alignment with the overall church mission.

Groups – Champion Two Rivers Church’s value for groups. Provide leadership in recruiting, shepherding, and supporting group leaders for the campus.

Impact – Identify, develop, and maintain local partnerships to advance the vision.

Staff – Provide leadership for the campus staff.  Set goals with staff members, provide ongoing coaching and training as needed, and facilitate annual evaluations.  

Multiplication – Identify, recruit, and develop volunteer leaders. 

Teach—This is primarily a non-teaching role, as the Teaching Team from the Harrison Lane Campus is streamed to each venue/campus. Teach and facilitate campus-specific classes and events. 

Shepherd – Perform pastoral care responsibilities such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, child dedications, and counseling referrals.

Administration—Provide administrative supervision of the campus. Manage the campus budget, reporting to the Supervisor and the Director of Finance.  

Other Responsibilities

Work with other staff members to be supportive of them and their ministries, both within and across campuses,
Obtain credentials with EFCA.
Pursue opportunities that better equip him for ministry (conferences, seminars).
Additional staff requirements include “Pastor On Call,” hospital visitations, church staff events, church-wide events, etc.

 This is a full-time pastoral position.
