Position: Bellevue Campus Pastor Assistant
Reports to: Bellevue Campus Pastor
Type of Position: Full-time, Non-Exempt
The Bellevue Campus Pastor Assistant will advance the mission and vision of Spring Lake Church by collaborating with and supporting the Bellevue Campus Pastor with their responsibilities over Life, Focus, and Connect Groups, Next Steps, and the Bellevue Campus.
• Provide administrative support for the Bellevue Campus Pastor.
• Maintain financial records and budget for Adult Ministries. Provide regular updates to the Bellevue Campus Pastor and other leadership as required.
• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries related to all responsibilities under the Bellevue Campus Pastor and assist with requests including announcements, purchasing and budgeting, building use, scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide ministry support for all events & trainings, including: calendar scheduling, building use, promotion, and purchasing materials.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of group leadership of all group leaders and act as a liaison between group leaders and the Bellevue Campus Pastor.
• Work closely with men’s and women’s groups leaders and coaches to execute the needs of all events.
• Work with the Bellevue Campus Pastor on communications to all group leaders. Maintain database of all Life, Focus, and Connect Groups and leaders, including reports as needed.
• Provide ministry support for Starting Point, Membership, and Baptism.
• Welcome in-person visitors and deliveries to the Bellevue Campus during office hours.
• Act as point of contact for ministry leaders when using the Bellevue Campus.
• Vibrant and healthy spiritual life. Enthusiasm for serving God and others with humility.
• Member or willing to become a member of Spring Lake Church.
• Three years of experience working with or participating in small groups.
• Collaborative approach and team mentality.
• Strategic mind to integrate all aspects of Groups into larger mission/vision.
• Solid team player who can play the role of leader and peer in team dynamics.
