The Kids’ Ministry Associate at Foothills Church, Seneca Campus, plays a vital role in our mission of "Helping KIDS ?nd and follow Jesus" through the Sunday experience and Kid-centric events. The Kids’ Ministry Associate is responsible for working under the Kids’ Ministry Director to support children and their parents. This includes volunteer recruiting and coaching. You will embody the heart and vision of Foothills Church, ensuring alignment with our values and goals while serving our Foothills families.

- Ability to communicate the Gospel through various means to children of various ages. Solid theological grounding and creativity in kids’ ministry curriculum development.
- Positive attitude and positive approach to problem-solving. Must be solution oriented.
- Computer competency and/or ability to learn quickly in Planning Center, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Apps, ProPresenter, etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and pursuit of excellence through attention to detail.
+ Key Responsibilities
- Greet & welcome families – Provide tours of the Foothills Kids areas Send out birthday cards
- Manage early drop-off for volunteers & club house
- Manage “new baby” basket – Work with Care Pastor
- Manage Parent/Child Dedication reports, certi?cates, and gifts
- Develop and manage Parent/Child Care Reports – Work with Care Pastor
- Make First-Time Guest calls and document parents' accounts in the church database Manage the monthly absentee report
- Manage “take home” gifts for Kids’ Ministry & Kids’ Gift Store
- Manage supplies
- Create/procure Sunday crafts and coloring sheets to support teaching Serve on the Kids’ Teaching Team
- Manage Son Sports Teams
- Attend weekly staff meetings and other agreed-upon meetings and conferences
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations and varying schedules
- Other duties as assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Kids’ Ministry Director and Senior Management team to support the overall mission and operation of the Seneca Campus.
+ Education/ Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in ministry or related ?eld preferred.
