Job Title and Overview
The Guest Experience Director at Foothills Church, Seneca Campus, plays a vital role in our mission of "helping people ?nd and follow Jesus." This role is primarily focused on enhancing the guest experience and overseeing volunteer teams to create engaging environments that make guests feel welcome and at home. Embodying the heart and vision of Foothills Church, ensuring alignment with our values and goals while serving those who are here and those who are yet to come.

+ Key Responsibilities

  • Create a guest service culture by recruiting, training and developing volunteers for the Guest Experience team. (Parking, café, greeters, guest room, pastoral liaisons, auditorium hosts, safety, medical, and facilities.)
  • Actively coach volunteers so that they can con?dently succeed at their assignments.   Develop systems that maximize the effectiveness of our weekend teams.
  • Work with the Creative Arts team to create an excellent weekend experience for guests and volunteers.
  • Work with team lead “coordinators” to equip strong volunteers to both lead and execute ministry.
  • Responsible for the purchasing of all GE and café supplies.
  • Coordinate and manage all special Guest Experience events (Christmas, Easter, Communion, NEXT, Baptism, etc.).
  • Manage the budget, ensuring ?nancial resources are used wisely and effectively to support the mission of Foothills Church.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple locations and varying schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Senior Management team to support the overall mission and operation of the Seneca Campus.

+ Education/ Experience Requirements
 Minimum 3 years’ experience in either church or business guest experience.
