Student Pastor - Multiple Locations

Middle / High School Pastor in the Greater Sacramento Area and Orange County. 

STUDENT LEADERSHIP: Conduct student interviews, partner with High School Pastor in the development of overall structure and trainings of Student Leadership.

• Initial application process
• Regular Sunday trainings
• Seasonal Student Leadership retreats

ADULT LEADERS: Help with training, oversight, and shepherding.

• Small Group Leaders lead midweek groups
• Coaches oversee small group leaders, ministry teams, etc.
• Thrive College Interns are used throughout the ministry as coaches and small group leaders

MIDWEEK PROGRAM: Oversee coaches & small group leaders, lead a small group, and manage Thrive Students.

• Wednesday Program (creative elements, worship, teaching, small groups)
• Ministry teams (Hosting, tech, media, worship, ect.)
• Directing Thrive Students & Coaches

EVENTS: Manage campus student events through leadership, budget oversight, registration details, utilize coaches, timeline, vendor liaison, etc.

• Seasonal events like Summer hangs, Fall kick-off, Christmas, etc.
• Periodic connection & outreach events throughout calendar year

GLOBAL INITIATIVES: Collaborate with all campus Student Pastors and events team.

• Summer Camp
• Thrive Unleashed Conference
• Middle School Outreach (Vertigo)
• Bi-annual DRI for Middle School Event

OTHER

• Weekend Connection
• Occasional speaking and teaching
