Worship Pastor / Director

We are a growing church located in Southern California in the city of Lake Elsinore. We are currently looking for a Spirit-filled full-time Worship Pastor/Director who is passionate for leading people into God’s Presence. Availability, gifting, and talent are important; however, our focus is for someone who is "after God's own heart" and feels the Lord’s calling to our congregation.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead Worship Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
2. Schedules worship practices to enhance the worship experience.
3. Build the worship team and train others to use their musical ability.
4. Assist with the general leadership and oversight of the congregation.

Requirements:

1. Has a servant’s heart marked with humility.
2. Has a strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile.
3. Be a leader that brings out the best in team, empowers them, while raising up new leaders.
4. Has a Positive “Can do” Attitude.
5. Has ministry credentials or willing to pursue them.
