full-time position. The ideal candidate for this position is a person who loves Christ, loves people, and has a passion to develop leaders. You will inspire and oversee the Family Ministries at Springboro Baptist Church. We believe that reaching and
growing families to become fully engaged followers of Christ is our primary focus as a church. You must come with the desire to reach, love, and disciple students.

FAMILY PASTOR

We’ll smile if you are:
- Knowledgeable in student ministries with at least two years of experience in leading a youth ministry.
- Experienced in recruiting, developing, and motivating adults and students to become leaders.
- Great at communicating, empowering, and relating to others.

- Building a relational student ministry team.
- Overseeing weekly student worship experiences with a high standard of excellence.
- Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekend experiences.

- Making sure student ministry (6th-12th grade) remains appealing, engaging, and most importantly Christ-Centered.
- Teaching, Planning, and executing monthly events, camps, mission trips for students.
You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Theology or a related field.
- Agree with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
- Ordained or be a candidate for ordination.
- Must possess a pattern of spiritual growth that is evidenced by a life of prayer, personal obedience to the Word of God, and the proven ability to discern the Lord’s will and guidance in decision making.
- Plan, develop, and implement all aspects of a balanced Family Ministry in the areas of team building, worship, discipleship, missions, and evangelism (utilizing proven methods including camps, retreats, banquets, lock-ins, field trips, and other scheduled
events), in collaboration with the Children’s Director and youth ministry volunteers.
- Be a liaison between the church and other community organizations, people, and resources that relate to family ministries.
- Annually develop and oversee the Family Ministry budget to use it effectively and wisely, utilizing church resources to maximize ministry opportunities.
- Must pass a background check.
