Timberlake Church is a fast-growing, creative, and multi-racial church committed to reaching people for Christ and growing them in their faith. We are one church with multiple locations in the Seattle Metropolitan area and Southern Washington.
We are seeking a talented individual to join the team as a full-time Next Gen Worship Director at our Redmond Campus near Seattle, WA. This person should be a proven leader with a track record of success in their previous experience.
Responsibilities:
- Being a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of Timberlake Students through worship and creativity.
- Identify opportunities to integrate youth into every aspect of the worship experience regularly.
- Lead worship for weekend Next Gen services (Middle School, High School and Young Adult) and Student camps at Timberlake.
- Consistently introduce new songs and plan engaging worship experiences.
- Schedule musicians and volunteers 4 weeks in advance.
- Recruit and audition volunteer musicians/vocalists for weekend services.
- Create and develop an amazing team that seeks to grow and improve together.
You’ll be right on track if:
- You have a desire to be a part of a fun team that works and wins together.
- You love to reach families with little to no church background.
- You are able to create and prepare tracks for services in Ableton or Playback.
- You are proficient in singing/worship leading.
- You are experienced in planning worship experiences from conception to execution.
It would be awesome if:
- You ask questions early and often because you know you don’t have all the answers.
- You have any experience leading worship.
- You have any experience leading teams.
- You have a desire to invest in the next generation.
