Job Summary:
The Children’s Pastor is responsible for the development and implementation of the vision, strategy, and
tactical elements for all programs, activities, and educational aspects related to Children’s Ministry at Transformation Church.
Specifically, the Children’s Ministries Director is responsible for all children’s programs on Sundays, Kids Camp, kids ministry for
special services and events, and all kids outreach events like Halloween, Easter, etc.
