We are looking for a man to live with his family in our community to be able to interact with the local population and events. We support missions and desire to reach our local community with the gospel. Therefore, he must have a similar goal. He must lead in preaching, teaching, and counseling as required. We are a theologically conservative, Bible believing, evangelical congregation. He must have similar convictions and be willing to be a part of the Evangelical Association. He must possess the qualifications for an overseer as specified in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
Our goal is to have a fulltime pastor, but the position may require at least some part-time work outside the church at this time.

We are a small country church located outside of Harrisburg, PA in beautiful Perry County, a part of central Pennsylvania. Incorporated in 1999 as an independent church, this loving band of believers joined the voluntary Evangelical Association of Reformed & Congregational Christian Churches (evangelicalassociation.org). We were blessed to move into our newly-constructed building in May 2009. Our worship is mostly traditional with piano and organ accompaniment. We are liturgical following somewhat in the German Reformed traditions.
