As the Technical Arts & Media Director, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the lives of our congregation through multiple media and technical formats.
Job Duties:
The Technical Arts & Media Director has overall responsibility for leading the live and broadcast sound, video, lighting, and media production functions of Crossroads Church for Sunday services and other special events.
Lead and equip the Technical Arts & Media Specialist to perform their duties and responsibilities to a high level of excellence.
A key strength needs to be the ability to develop and manage others.
Skills and Qualifications:
Related degree and/or minimum of three years’ experience working with AVL gear and/or managing production teams.
Self-directed, skilled in prioritizing tasks and flow of ministry, with attention to detail.
Ability to recruit, mentor, develop and lead a team of volunteers.
Experience working with teams in usage of Multitracks, ProPresenter, Planning Center and Livestream formats.
Experience with professional grade graphics and video editing software.
Experience with A/V gear used in worship and live settings and production and heart for keepingcurrent with the pulse of new trends in technology.
Working knowledge of technology and communication strategy and implementation.
