In our commitment to serving our congregation well, we continually assess how best to support our students and their families. We are excited to announce an opening within our Student Ministry for a female High School Director who will partner with the current student ministry team in the discipleship of students, grades 9th - 12th.
Description
The High School Life Director gives leadership to female students in ninth through twelfth grade. They will partner with our current High School Life Director for our male students to give oversight to all high school discipleship and programming as it supports the Purpose, Mission, and Values of Wheaton Bible Church of seeing people Love God, Love One Another, Love our Neighbors, and Love the Nations. The primary responsibility in this role is developing and executing the scope and sequence of the student's experience while in the ministry. This includes weekly, yearly and phase-specific environments where students grow and are discipled in their faith. They place his highest priority on prayer, discipleship. and the study and teaching of the Word.
Requirements
1-5 years of experience in Student Ministry in a large church.
Bachelor's degree or experience in Bible, Youth Ministry or related field.
Female
Spanish fluency is a plus.
