As the Children's Worship Pastor, this individual provides leadership and vision casting for all aspects of Children's Worship at the St. Charles/South Elgin campus of Christ Community Church. Our ideal candidate will possess great leadership skills in conjunction with excellent musical and technical skills. This person will be instrumental in preparing the hearts of our children to receive the teaching of God's Word. Beginning with a group of six families in 1984, Christ Community Church has grown to over 5000 weekend attenders, including our DeKalb Campus in DeKalb County, Aurora Campus in southern Kane County, Streamwood Campus in Cook County, and most recently, the Huntley Campus in McHenry County. A significant focus on reaching spiritually lost people has resulted in over 200 new believers being baptized each year. Christ Community had humble beginnings with services held in a rented movie theater. Weekly activities now take place in our 100,000 square foot St. Charles Campus with weekend celebration services held in our 2000 seat auditorium.
