PURPOSE STATEMENT
The Student Ministry Director is responsible for inspiring students to follow Jesus by creating engaging environments where they can prioritize their relationship with Jesus, positively influence their friends, and experience personal ministry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, equip, develop and lead new and current leaders and volunteers for Student Ministry
  • Create weekly Student program (worship, announcements, videos, games, etc)?
  • Communicate on stage regularly with students
  • Plan and attend scheduled retreats
  • Lead Student Leadership Team and
  • Be active on local school campuses
  • Work with the multi-campus Students Team on the overall implementation of strategy
  • Communicate regularly with parents

WORK HOURS
Sunday-Thursday, some weekends
40-45 hours per week

SALARY
