-Must be a spiritual leader that we can follow and listen to
-Operates within the church’s financial budget and reports to church leadership, though not directly responsible for the budget
-Participates in Christian education in the Church at all level
-Attends church meetings
-Leads in mission and ministry initiatives
-Invests and invites the lost to know Jesus in our community
-Is committed to helping grow the church
-Cares about people and their needs
-Understands children and is good with them
-Education is desired, but experience considered in lieu of formal education
